This project required the complete strip out and replacement of mechanical and electrical services for this existing 30-bedroom hostel for Islington Council, in Finsbury Park. Our works comprised a completely new new plant room installation with 3no boilers, 2no hot water cylinders, new cold water storage tanks and cold water booster set. Throughout the hostel we installed all new heating and domestic services pipework, radiators, extract ventilation and sanitaryware.
