Tower Wharf Cafe

The Tower of London dates back to 1080 and the newly built Tower Wharf Café and Restaurant (now renamed the Sargeant’s Mess) sympathetically blends into this World Heritage Site. The new building abuts onto the Northern approach to Tower Bridge and offers patrons an immersive view of both the Thames and imposing Tower.

We had the privilege of installing the mechanical systems to the new restaurant. This £250,000 scheme included underfloor heating, comfort cooling, ventilation & the services required for a fully functional commercial kitchen; all monitored and controlled via a Building Management System to the Client & Consultant’s specific requirements.
