Gunnersbury Park

The restoration of this Grade II* former mansion involved major structural alterations, new roof, façade repairs, with comprehensive internal restoration and fit-out to create a museum for the local community and private apartments overlooking the parkland.

We were appointed by Quinn London to undertake the £500,000 mechanical installation. Our longstanding relationship of successfully completed schemes with this well-respected contractor and our track record in the heritage sector were key to our appointment.

We provided a new plant room with the existing basement to provide LPHW heating and hot water throughout the building, together with new above ground drainage, ventilation and services for the commercial kitchen. Our pipework routing & layout proposals were carefully coordinated to be sympathetic to the ornate and historic internal features retained during the restoration works.
