Canada House

Built in 1827 as two separate buildings and originally occupied by The Union Club & Royal College of Physicians, this iconic Greek Revival structure has been occupied by the Canadian High Commission since 1964.

Under a design & build contract, we provided new mechanical & electrical services to the basement and ground floor areas. Works included a new chiller unit, boilers, heating, cooling, ventilation, LV distribution system, kitchen extract, upgrading existing BMS system, and a fully- computerised Zumtobel lighting system; the latter greatly enhancing the aesthetics of this grand old building after dark. Contract value £1,400,000.
