Following the success of our previous two schemes for this client we were again the favoured principal contractor to deliver another fast-track programme of works at their St Johns Wood site. The works included the installation of two new rooftop air handing units along with mechanical and electrical improvement works across three floors. The school’s music department occupies the lower of these three levels and was extensively remodelled with open ceilings and exposed services throughout to improve the acoustics and lighting to the music rehearsal rooms.

The works had to be completed within the 8-week window available during the school’s summer break period. Key to our successful delivery of this £1.2m project, again on time, was down to the extensive pre-planning, early procurement, and collaboration with the design team over a 6-month period prior to the June 2023 start on site
