Ibstock Place school is a distinctive and successful independent co-educational day school on the edge of Richmond Park in South West London. This scheme was to provide an all new performing arts centre comprising a drama school, green room, foyer and sophisticated 300-seat theatre.

We provided the complete mechanical and public health services installations that included air conditioning, ventilation, domestic water services, and fully automatic controls; all to the highest standard and quality. Meeting BREEAM Very Good, this scheme was delivered with particular emphasis upon the performance of our installation, quality of fit, and acoustic attenuation throughout the ventilation systems.
