The scheme at 115 Southwark Bridge Road was to provide a Cat A fit-out for developer Endurance South Bank Ltd.
We were engaged to install mechanical, electrical and public health services. Heating and cooling were fed from floor mounted variable refrigerant flow fan coil units, using a central condenser located within an acoustically lined enclosure.
The lighting was controlled from a fully programmable lighting control system complete with self-test emergency lighting completed on time and within budget, the completed office fit out was pleasingly sympathetic to the age, style & heritage of the building. Contract value £550,000.
