Under this design and build contract we replaced all mechanical and public health services for this mixed-use building in the heart of the City of London.

Works included replacement of LTHW 4-pipe fan coil units, with ducted VRF systems by Mitsubishi Electric. The existing fresh air systems were replaced with Losnay equipment also by Mitsubishi Electric.

Other works included renovation of the toilets and replacement of the domestic services that included a new boosted cold-water system. Contract value, £890,000.
