Design and Build of Mechanical Services in a Cat B fit out for Wolverine in a brand new flagship building fitted out to Cat A, in the heart of the regeneration area of Kings Cross incorporating art galleries and a concert hall.

Battledore added in additional fan coil units to suit Wolverine’s office layouts, and modified and added to the cooling, and heating pipe work as well as adding to the BMS controls to suit.
We also added fan coil units, and associated pipe work and controls to suit the multiple foot ware showrooms on level -1. We supplied full duty and standby air conditioning in their new comms and data room.
