We installed the mechanical services and plumbing to this new build, two-storey standalone extension to the rear of the existing school grounds.

Our works included new condensing boilers and hot water calorifier, complete with all associated controls, pipework, radiators and under floor heating. The mechanical ventilation system was served by a roof mounted air handling plant with heat recovery. In close collaboration with the specialist commercial kitchen contractor, we provided the gas, ventilation and plumbing services to the kitchen and dining hall. Contract value £335,000.
