Waltham House was a design and build contract that Battledore were invited to carry out mechanical, electrical and public health services.

Electrical works included new LV distribution system, high frequency lighting and control system, emergency lighting, fire alarms UPS and other associated works.

Heating and cooling was fed from ceiling mounted ducted VRF units supplying conditioned air. Fresh air is supplied by heat recovery air handling units.
