We were appointed by ARJ Construction to undertake the mechanical installation to an extension to the existing school.

This £350,000 scheme included comfort cooling, kitchen ventilation, solar thermal panels, LTHW heating serving underfloor heating and traditional radiators, above ground drainage and natural ventilation. We appointed Monodraught to provide the ventilation equipment that was controlled via our fully automated BMS installation.

Despite not having formal design responsibility, we fully supported ARJ who were appointed under a D&B contract arrangement, by developing the original design proposals to provide enhanced performance of the building in use, and value for money. The school remained fully operational throughout the construction period.
