Battledore were awarded the contract for the replacement of all the mechanical, electrical, and public health services for the existing blocks, and the three new blocks at this 1960’s listed primary school. The school has been listed because it is an important early example of modern teaching methods using an open plan layout for the classrooms.

Battledore have undertaken the replacement of all the existing services, with their modern equivalents, including the highlight of a Biomass boiler, to undertake the primary heating load. We also supplied all the services for the 3 new blocks which are employing low energy technologies such as natural ventilation.
