Battledore has completed the design and built contract for the replacement of all the mechanical and public health services for this mixed use building in the heart of the bustling City of London.

Battledore undertook the replacement of an old style 4 pipe fan coil units, with state of the art ducted VRF systems as supplied by Mitsubishi Electric with roof top condensers. The fresh air systems incorporating heat recovery have also been replaced using state of the art losnay equiment as supplied by Mitsubishi Electric.

Battledore also undertook complete renovation of the toilets including replacing the cast iron shades, and all the domestic services, and booster. Most of the building is a CAT A fit out, with the top two floors a CAT B fit out for the landlord.
